I had such a lovely lunch with my flute teacher at her house in the beautiful town, Carmel-by-the-sea. Such a joy to see her and talk to her.
She made the most delicious lunch. Salad made with her own special olive oil-based dressing topped with home-grown sprouts, olives, red bell peppers, baby radishes, and other good stuff. She also steamed some organic potatoes to have with whipped cream cheese, and three different types of cheese! Brie and cheddar goat cheese and a peppered Asiago.
Simply the best.
